Understanding Our Pricing
Call-out and diagnostic: A flat 35 EUR covering travel and the on-site diagnostic — the same figure by day, by night, at the weekend and on public holidays. It is deducted from your invoice if you accept the quote, and it is what you pay if you decide not to go ahead.
Surcharges: Night, weekend and public-holiday work carries a surcharge on the labour — never on the 35 EUR call-out. Whatever applies to your job is written into the quote you approve, so you decide with the final figure in front of you.
Written quotes: For any work exceeding 150 EUR, we provide a written quote (devis) that you sign before we begin. This is both our policy and required by French consumer protection law.
Parts: Standard parts are included in quoted prices. Specialty items (rare fixtures, imported parts) are quoted separately with full transparency on cost.

Pricing FAQ
What are your prices? Are there hidden fees?
Our pricing is transparent. The phone estimate is free, and the call-out plus on-site diagnostic is a flat 35 EUR, deducted from your invoice if you accept the quote. You get a complete written quote before any work starts and pay only what was agreed. Prices include VAT. Night, weekend and public-holiday surcharges are disclosed before we dispatch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash, and bank transfers. For larger projects, we can also arrange payment plans. All payments are processed with a proper invoice including VAT details.
Do you provide written quotes?
Yes, for any work over 150 euros we provide a written quote (devis) before starting. This is both our policy and a requirement under French consumer law. You sign the quote before we begin, so there are never any surprises.
Is there a call-out fee?
Yes: a flat 35 EUR covering the call-out and the on-site diagnostic, fully deducted from your invoice if you accept the quote. It is the same 35 EUR for an emergency, at night, at weekends and on public holidays. An emergency job typically totals 120-180 EUR including the first hour of work.
