The call-out and diagnostic are a flat 35 EUR
The same amount by day, at night, at the weekend and on public holidays. It buys you a qualified opinion on site. If you accept the quote, it comes off the invoice; if you decide not to go ahead, it is all you owe.
- Step 4
You get a written quote before anything starts
It states the work, the parts, the labour and any night, weekend or public-holiday surcharge. Nothing begins until you approve it, and if the job turns out to need something the quote does not cover, we stop and requote rather than assuming.
- Step 5
We do the work and leave you the paperwork
Payment on completion by card, cash or transfer, or in four instalments through Alma. Eligible repairs and the parts we install carry a two-year workmanship guarantee, and where water has reached a floor, a ceiling or a neighbour we document it for your insurer.
